Refund & Return Policy
At Ivy Creations, every item is handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is individually carved, assembled, painted, and finished by hand, making every order unique. Because of the time and craftsmanship involved, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Production & Shipping
All orders are made only after your purchase is placed.
- Production Time: Approximately 2½ weeks (business days) to hand carve and complete your order.
- Shipping Time: After production is finished, your order will be shipped within approximately 2 weeks.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays or periods of high order volume.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Ordering by mistake
- Delays caused by the production timeline or shipping carrier after your order has been shipped
By placing an order, you acknowledge that every item is custom handmade specifically for you and agree to our production and shipping timelines.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our workshop. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging
We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or another resolution when applicable.
Returns
Because every item is handmade and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, your order cannot be canceled because materials and labor have already been dedicated to creating your handmade piece.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please note that we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.
